Tax certificates

It has been noticed that utility services do mention the amount of tax deducted, but never mention the amount paid by the consumer. I have an honest and workable solution benefitting utility consumers.

All utility companies should be directed by the government to mention the total amount received and various taxes deducted in their July bills for the preceding year, making it easier for the consumers to submit just one bill rather than all 12 bills if asked for by the authorities.

K-Electric (KE) tax certificates just mention tax deducted and do not mention the amount paid. I wonder how and why KE’s information technology (IT) experts miss this stipulation, making the process cumbersome and time-consuming as the consumer has to collect all the bills to calculate the total amount paid. It can actually be very simple.
