Couple among three killed in two separate road accidents in Karachi

Three people, including a married couple, died in two separate road accidents in Karachi on Wednesday night. In the first incident near Siemens Chowrangi in Site Area, a speeding coaster collided with a motorcycle, killing 50-year-old Nighat and critically injuring her husband, 55-year-old Jamil Ahmed, who later died at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. The couple were residents of Orangi Town Sector 11/5. The coaster driver, Ansar, was arrested and the vehicle impounded.

In a second accident in Clifton, a speeding oil tanker struck motorcyclist Munir Nazar, 45, severing his head from his body. Nazar was a resident of Quaidabad.
