  • Says FAFEN, Pattan and Pildat’s reports calling into question fairness, credibility of elections
  • Spokesperson says elections spectacle created mere to impose people rejected group

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) demanded a thorough and impartial audit of the results of the “most rigged elections” in the light of the assessment report of Pildat to take the mandate back from the mandate thieves and return it to the rightful public representatives.

PTI Spokesperson said that after FAFEN and Pattan, Pildat, in its report Assessment of the Quality of General Election 2024, raised alarming questions about the transparency, fairness and credibility of the general elections and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) must answer the queries.

He stated that the Pildat assessment reports showed that the fairness score of the 2024 general elections plummeted to its lowest level since 2013, which was enough to prove the status of the fake government based on the rejected characters.

The Pildat assessment report was testimony of the PTI’s claim that the people rejected and mandate thieves were fraudulently imposed on the nation through results manipulation and tampering, he added.

PTI Spokesperson called the latest Pildat report an endorsement of the criminal role of the electoral watchdog in stealing the public mandate through large scale election rigging across the country.

He went on to say that all the factors ranging from delay in the election schedule to suspension of cellphone and internet services across the country on polling day established that the election 2024 was the least fair election during the past decade.

PTI Spokesperson recalled that the nefarious scheme of converting the majority into a minority through polls robbery in the dark of the night by trampling results had already been unmasked by the Commissioner Rawalpindi.

He stated that the tampered Form 45 published by the electoral body on its website after the stipulated time in sheer violation of the Election Act further exposed the dirty plot of results tampering before the entire nation.

PTI Spokesperson noted that a spectacle was created in the name of election to re-impose the clique of people, who destroyed the country and economy during their short span of 16-month rule, by stealing the public mandate under the patronage of the state.

He stressed that these disrespectful and disgraceful elements seized the power by trampling upon the constitution and democracy.

PTI Spokesperson said that an unconstitutional government established on a stolen mandate neither have the ability nor the capacity to take tough and solid decisions for the welfare of the nation.

He continued that after depriving PTI of the seats it won convincingly, the plan to distribute the reserved seats of Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) among other political parties would further the political instability and chaos in the country.

PTI Spokesperson said that after questions raised on the fairness and credibility of the elections and all the polls rigging evidence came to light, those who took oath on the fake Form 47 should show some grace and return the stolen seats to the truly elected public representatives.

He reiterated the demanded that the results of the general elections should be audited independently in the light of the reports of Pildat, Fafen and Pattan and the power should be transferred to the public representatives forthwith.

PTI Spokesperson vowed that PTI would continue its struggle within the constitutional ambit until reclaim its stolen mandate back.
