Corps Commander, DG Rangers & IG Police pay tribute at Quaid’s mausoleum on Independence Day

KARACHI: On Independence Day, the Corps Commander Karachi, Director General of Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), and Inspector General of Police Sindh visited the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to pay tribute to the father of the nation.

Lieutenant General Muhammad Avais Dastgir, Commander of the 5 Corps Pakistan Army Karachi, laid a floral wreath at the mausoleum, offered fatiha, and inscribed his impressions in the visitors’ book.

Major General Muhammad Shamraiz Khan, Director General of Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), also visited the mausoleum. He, along with other Rangers officers, offered fatiha and prayed for the eternal peace of the Quaid’s soul and the prosperity of the nation. General Shamraiz later recorded his impressions in the visitors’ book.

Inspector General of Police Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon, accompanied by senior police officers, separately visited the Quaid’s mausoleum. He laid a floral wreath and offered prayers for the Quaid’s soul, reflecting on the significance of the day.
