PM urges Etisalat to expand investment in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday invited the Etisalat Group to increase its investment in various sectors of Pakistan’s economy, assuring that the government would provide all necessary facilities to facilitate such investments.

The Prime Minister met with a five-member delegation from Etisalat Group, an Emirati telecommunications company, led by CEO Hatem Dowidar. The meeting was also attended by Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Finance Muhammad Aurangzeb, Minister for IT Shaza Fatima Khawaja, and senior officials from relevant institutions.
