Constitution, democracy be given chance to end country’s woes: Hasan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Central Information Secretary Raoof Hasan said that expressed his alarm that Pakistan was passing through worse phase of its history, saying that if responsibility and seriousness were not shown, the country would face an unimaginable crisis.

In a statement on Saturday, PTI SIC said that the administrative and economic situation was going from bad to worse during the last 13 months, which required urgent measures.

Raoof Hasan said that Pakistan was going through worst phase of its history and the result would be disastrous if did not find solution of the current crisis through political stability.

He stated that the situation was getting worse due to continuous deviation from the constitution and law and unnecessary use of power

PTI CIS urged that national decision-making needed to be returned to democracy immediately because a stable government with a national mandate through fair and transparent elections was the basic need of the country.

Raoof Hasan stated that tolerance, constitution and democracy should be given a chance instead of destroying the political infrastructure by crushing the largest party of the federation by force.

He said that the release of thousands of innocent imprisoned political workers would help ease the internal political tension.

Raoof Hasan stated that if responsibility and seriousness were not shown, the country would face an unimaginable crisis.

Sharing PTI detained women including Aliya Hamza, Sanam Javed and Khadijah Shah and said: “Our women make us proud. Viva la victory!”.
