ISLAMABAD: The Modi-led fascist Indian regime has started snatching Kashmiris’ land and properties in the name of anti-encroachment drive in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
A report released by Kashmir Media Service, today, said the latest land eviction campaign in the occupied territory is yet another manifestation of the colonial-settler mindset of the Modi regime.
It said the Modi regime is introducing one after other laws that are aimed at changing the Muslim majority status of the territory into a minority. The IIOJK authorities’ new order on land encroachment is part of Modi’s sinister plan to snatch the Kashmiris’ land, it added.
The report said the IIOJK authorities have snatched thousands of kanals of land from the Kashmiris in the last few days. It said, the authorities have taken away a total of more than 40,000 kanals of land from the people in Islamabad district of the territory and more than 4200 kanals of land have been taken away from people in the last three days alone.
It said evicting locals from the lands, which have been under their possession for generations, is meant to colonize Kashmir, therefore, the international community should take notice of Modi’s nefarious plans in IIOJK
The United Nations must also step-in and stop the fascist Modi regime from implementing its colonial settler project in the occupied territory.
