Nadra relaxes CNIC expiry date for flood affectees

ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) on Saturday relaxed National Identity Card (CNIC) expiry date for flood-affected people.

Nadra Chairman Tariq Malik said that all those people whose NICs expired after May 1 are able to use their NICs till December 31st.

Nadra took this decision keeping in view the devastating floods that wreaked havoc and killed over 1,200 people from north to south in the country.
