Nazim Jokhio was allegedly tortured to death at the farmhouse of a Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) lawmaker Jam Awais Khan Jokhio for trying to prevent his guests from illegal hunting endangered houbara bustard.

An autopsy had found severe torture marks and bruises all over the body of the deceased.

The court ordered the accused to produce the accused on November 18.

Earlier, the Sindh Assembly on Monday echoed the brutal murders of Nazim and Fahmida Sial with members from both sides of the aisle strongly condemning the incidents demanding justice to the victims’ families.
