UoG student wins battle of business ideas at UCP

LAHORE: Mehmoona Kamran, a mass communication student  from the University of Gujrat, has won the first position at the Young Entrepreneurs Summit held on the side lines of the University of Central Punjab (UCP) TAAKRA ’24 – a five-day mega event featuring 56 competitions with hundreds of students from other varsities  participating in 18 different categories.

Mehmoona, whose business idea MeetLife brought her top honours at the Young Entrepreneurs Summit’s battle of business ideas, is also president of Readers’ Club.

Congratulating Mehmoona on her wonderful performance, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Mushahid Anwar said, “Students like Mehmoona are a valuable asset for the varsity and a source of inspiration for other students.”
