BAJAUR: Two security personnel died and two others sustained wounds in an explosion that went off in Mohmand tehsil of Bajaur district on Tuesday.
The troops were identified as a deputy subedar and a lance naik. They were shifted to Agency Headquarter Hospital in Khar for treatment.
Security agencies have launched a search operation in the area.
Meanwhile, some unidentified assailants hurled a hand grenade at Domail police station in Bannu which did not explode.
Later, a bomb disposal squad defused the grenade. Police dispatched special teams in search of the culprits.
