Aroob Jatoi, the wife of popular YouTuber Saad Rehman, better known as Ducky Bhai, has had her interim bail extended in the case involving the promotion of an illegal online gambling app.
Jatoi appeared in court after her interim bail period expired, and the court extended it until November 6. The investigating officer has been directed to submit a detailed report at the next hearing.
The case centers on allegations that Aroob, along with several other YouTubers, including her husband, promoted an unlawful online gambling app. Authorities claim that the app’s promotion led to significant financial losses for many individuals.
The court’s decision to extend her interim bail comes amid ongoing investigations into the app’s widespread promotion, which is believed to have been used by thousands, resulting in both financial and legal repercussions.
Aroob and others involved are accused of conspiring to deceive the public by endorsing the illegal gambling platform, which has since been banned by authorities.
In related developments, Ducky Bhai was detained by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) at Lahore Airport after his name appeared on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL). He was attempting to leave the country while under investigation for promoting illegal gambling apps.
The case, registered under FIR No 196/2025, accuses Rehman of causing financial harm by promoting these gambling apps.
