Top law officer steps down

ISLAMABAD: Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Muhammad Masroof Khan on Saturday resigned from his post.

Khan called it a day by sending his resignation to President Dr Arif Alvi.

He used to represent the government in the court of Justice Babar Sattar of Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Days earlier, Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Syed Mohammad Tayyab Shah tendered his resignation.
