ISLAMABAD: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has congratulated Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on taking oath as the nation’s top diplomat.
Lavrov also extended an invitation to his Pakistan counterpart to visit Russia.
The foreign minister conveyed to Bilawal Moscow’s desire to take steps to strengthen the bilateral ties.
