Over 27,000 students appear for Grade VIII exams in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: More than 27,000 students participated in the Grade VIII examinations held across Rawalpindi, according to an official statement. The exams saw the involvement of students from both regular schools and those affiliated with the Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) partner schools.

Authorities established 190 examination centres throughout the city to accommodate the large number of candidates. The arrangements were made to ensure a smooth and organized environment for all participants.

The participation of PEF partner school students was also highlighted as part of the effort to provide equal educational opportunities. The Grade VIII exams are considered a significant milestone in the academic journey of students in the region.

Officials noted that the examinations proceeded according to schedule, with necessary measures in place to facilitate students and maintain order at the centres.
