Cassie Ventura Opens Up About ‘Painful’ Health Struggles At Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Sex-Trafficking Trial

Cassie Ventura took the witness stand on Wednesday, providing an emotional and raw testimony about the lasting physical toll the “Freak-Offs” with her ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs, took on her body during their tumultuous relationship.

During her second day of testimony at the Manhattan federal court, Ventura, who is eight months pregnant with her third child, revealed that the repeated substance-fueled sexual encounters caused severe gastrointestinal issues and frequent urinary tract infections (UTIs). She explained how she relied on drugs such as ecstasy, ketamine, and GHB to numb her emotions during these encounters, stating she couldn’t handle them otherwise.

“I had a lot of stomach issues and gastrointestinal issues from taking drugs,” Ventura, 38, told Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson. “I couldn’t imagine myself doing any of that without having some sort of buffer or a way to not feel the way it really was.”

Ventura disclosed that the repeated sexual sessions, often occurring back-to-back, would leave her with painful infections that continued to worsen. “I was doing a ‘Freak-Off’ with an infection,” she stated, adding that even remedies like cranberry juice failed to alleviate the pain. “It was really painful for a long time. I actually can’t believe I dealt with that,” she reflected emotionally on the stand.

She described the experience of having sex with a UTI as “horrible” and “the most uncomfortable, burning” sensation. Despite the discomfort, she claimed she felt pressured to continue due to the nature of the “Freak-Offs,” which were part of Combs’ voyeuristic interests.

In addition to the UTIs, Ventura revealed that the substances involved caused sores on her tongue due to prolonged exposure to oils and lubricants used during these acts. She recounted an incident where Combs had a blow-up pool filled with oil and lube inside a hotel room to give them “glistening” bodies for their encounters.

Ventura also detailed the emotional and physical toll the relationship took on her, describing how Combs would often ignore her struggles, despite being aware of her health issues. The court saw a text message where Combs told her, “I need you to go to the doc,” acknowledging her condition, though Ventura noted that Combs never took responsibility for the repeated abuse.

Her testimony comes more than a year after she sued Combs for rape and abuse, which she later settled. Ventura is considered a key witness in the federal government’s case against the rapper, who faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

In addition to Ventura’s testimony, a shocking surveillance video from 2016 was presented, showing Combs physically assaulting his former girlfriend in a hotel, further supporting the allegations of domestic abuse. This footage, now part of the trial, adds another layer to the legal battle that could have lasting consequences for the music mogul.

Ventura’s emotional and deeply personal testimony continues to shed light on the toxic dynamics of her decade-long relationship with Combs, offering a harrowing glimpse into the physical and emotional toll it took on her.
