Two tribesmen killed, four injured in armed clash near Barkhan

BARKHAN: Two tribesmen were killed and four others injured in an armed clash between two sub-clans of Khetran tribe in Kalipoth area of district Barkhan in Balochistan province on Sunday.

According to rescue sources, the clash between Langhani and Sherani, two sub-clans of Khetran tribe, took place in Kalipoth area of district Barkhan in Balochistan province. As a result, two tribesmen lost their lives while four other got injured.

The bodies and the deceased were shifted to a nearby hospital where after completion of necessary medico-legal formalities, the bodies were handed over to the heirs while the injured were being provided with medical facilities. The deceased were identified as Mazar Khan son of Gul Jan and Juma Khan son of Shair Muhammad while the names of injured could not be ascertained till filing this report. Further investigation was being conducted by the concerned authorities.
