Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Kayani met on Wednesday.
According to sources, they discussed the implementation of the All Parties Conference (APC) decisions and the security situation in the country.
The key decision taken during the APC was to hold talks with the Taliban as a measure to tackle terrorism in Pakistan.
