Stop digital poison

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and numerous other social media platforms are often the first source for spreading negativity. Content creators are changing their niche to making memes and roasting others. However, every child on these platforms is watching these reels. Their minds are being filled with garbage instead of educational and knowledgeable things.

Additionally, watching reels, especially memes, creates an empty mind and harms both our physical and mental health. If our children are already addicted to reels, we should check their feeds and change them accordingly. In place of meme creators, we should follow educational content creators. What our children end up watching is up to us. Taking positive actions is our responsibility for the physical and mental health of our families. We need to focus on positivity for healthier futures.
