KP judicial officers assigned to Islamabad district courts on deputation

PESHAWAR: The services of three judges from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Service have been placed at the disposal of the Islamabad Judicial Service (IJS) on deputation for a three-year period.

According to official notifications issued by the Registrar of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), Muhammad Yar Wulana, the postings were made with the approval of the competent authority.

Under the orders, Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Ismatullah has been posted to the Sessions Division (East), Islamabad, while ADSJ Haseena Saqlain has been assigned duties in the Sessions Division (West), Islamabad.

In a separate notification, Civil Judge Maryam Sheharyar has also been posted to the Sessions Division (West), Islamabad.

The notifications stated that all three officers will serve under the Islamabad Judicial Service for a period of three years on deputation from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa judiciary.

The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar, has assigned their respective responsibilities within the Islamabad District Courts.

The appointments come as part of routine judicial placements aimed at strengthening the district judiciary in the federal capital and maintaining effective case management across sessions divisions.
