ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari called on Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman at his residence in Islamabad on Monday to discuss the prevailing political situation in the country.
According to JUI media cell, the two leaders exchanged views on the current political landscape, national issues, and matters of mutual interest.
The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to dialogue and cooperation in addressing country’s political and economic challenges.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was accompanied by senior PPP leaders including Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, Humayun Khan, and Jameel Soomro. On the JUI-F side, former federal minister Maulana Asad Mahmood and Mufti Abrar also attended the meeting.
