MDCAT 2025 roll number slips released. Here’s how to download yours

The roll number slips for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2025 have been released ahead of the nationwide exam scheduled for October 26. Students across Punjab and other provinces can now download and print their slips from the official portals of their respective testing authorities.

Each roll number slip includes key details such as the candidate’s roll number, test center name and address, seat number, and reporting time. Candidates must bring a printed copy of their roll number slip along with their original CNIC or B-Form on the exam day. Those who fail to do so will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

**How to download your MDCAT 2025 roll number slip:**

* Visit the official website of your provincial testing authority (such as UHS or KMU).
* Find the link titled “MDCAT 2025 Roll No Slip” or “Admit Card.”
* Enter your registration number, CNIC, B-Form, or username.
* Download and save the PDF, then print it on plain A4 white paper.
* Check all details carefully, including your test center and reporting time.
* It’s recommended to print at least two copies to avoid last-minute issues.

**Exam day instructions:**
Students are advised to reach their test centers at least one hour before the reporting time. They must carry their printed roll number slip and original CNIC or B-Form. Bags, calculators, notes, mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Only blue or black ballpoint pens are allowed.

Candidates should follow the seating plan mentioned on their slip and adhere to all exam rules, as any violation may lead to paper cancellation.

Applicants are also advised to keep checking the official website of their respective testing bodies for updates regarding exam guidelines or any last-minute changes.
