Wanted TikToker detained upon arrival at Multan Airport

TikTok personality Asif Shah, wanted in multiple ongoing cases, was arrested shortly after landing at Multan Airport from Dubai, the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) confirmed.

According to NCCIA officials, Shah’s identity had already been placed on both the Provisional Control List and the Provisional National Identification List before his arrival. A case has been registered under several sections of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), and investigators are probing the extent of his alleged involvement in the offenses.

Authorities also noted that the National Commission for Child Rights, along with foreign partner organizations, played a key role in identifying the suspect prior to his travel.
