Google launches AI Plus Plan in Pakistan to boost digital opportunities

ISLAMABAD: Google has introduced its AI Plus Plan in Pakistan, marking a major milestone in the country’s journey toward digital transformation and innovation.

According to the report, the initiative has been launched with the support of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), which continues to play a vital role in advancing Pakistan’s technology sector.

The new plan is designed to open fresh opportunities for digital growth, improve access to AI tools, and enhance creative capabilities across various sectors.

The Google AI Plus Plan includes the powerful Gemini 2.5 Pro, the Veo 3 Fast video model, and complete Gemini integration, allowing users to explore advanced AI applications in education, business, and content creation.

Subscribers to the plan will receive 200 GB of storage along with several other premium features, all of which can be shared among up to five users under a single subscription.

The government has placed special focus on promoting AI adoption, digital education, and professional training across Pakistan.

In partnership with Google, Pakistan is taking important steps toward a digital revolution in education, ensuring that students and professionals alike gain access to cutting-edge AI tools and training.

With SIFC’s continued facilitation, the collaboration is expected to further strengthen Pakistan’s digital infrastructure, promote innovation, and empower the youth with 21st-century skills.
