Man booked for attempting to cross motorway on foot

LAHORE: Motorway Police have filed a case against a man for attempting to cross a motorway on foot, a dangerous action that authorities warn has resulted in numerous fatal accidents in the past.

The individual, identified as Sajjad Mahmood, was found crossing the motorway near Shahdiwal, Lahore. Following the incident, the Motorway Police registered a complaint at Hanjarwal Police Station, which led to the filing of a First Information Report (FIR).

The FIR was lodged under sections 290 and 291 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
