Mandatory Hajj registration to continue until July 9

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony announced on Wednesday that the mandatory registration process for Hajj 2026 is underway and will remain open until July 9.

Pilgrims wishing to apply for Hajj can register either through the ministry’s official online portal or by visiting any of the 15 designated banks across Pakistan. The ministry clarified that only registered individuals will be eligible to apply under the government or private Hajj scheme. It also urged overseas Pakistanis with a valid Pakistani passport to complete their registration promptly via the online portal.
