PTI decides to boycott National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq

ISLAMABAD: In light of the opinion of the former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan that neither the National Assembly nor its Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq is legitimate, the PTI has decided that it will not be part of the parliamentary delegations visiting foreign countries.

The PTI founder had ordered that none of the party’s members of parliament (MP) would either tour foreign countries under the leadership of the NA speaker or attend functions hosted by him.

For the last week or so, the PTI leaders have been talking about tabling a no-trust motion against the NA speaker, which made the latter so indignant that he filed a reference in the Election Commission of Pakistan against Leader of the Opposition in the NA Omar Ayub Khan.
