Relatives accuse doctor after woman’s death, police investigate

DIJKOT: A woman died during treatment at a clinic, prompting her relatives to accuse a doctor of administering a wrong injection.

Shakeela Bibi, from the 53/3 area, had visited a clinic in Mamo Kanjan for medication. After receiving an injection from the doctor, her condition worsened, and she died shortly afterward.

Relatives gathered at the clinic to protest and demanded action against the doctor. Police, including the SHO of Mamo Kanjan, arrived at the scene, took possession of the body, and launched an investigation.

Separately, a 15-year-old domestic worker in Madina Town ingested poisonous tablets intended to protect wheat from rodents. The reason for the ingestion remains unknown.
