Bomb blast targets MNA Mubarak Zeb’s home in Bajaur, no injuries reported

ISLAMABAD/BANNU: A bomb exploded at the main gate of Member of the National Assembly and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, Mubarak Zeb’s ancestral residence in Bajaur district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Zeb confirmed the attack on his official X account, stating that no one was harmed. He condemned the blast as a cowardly attempt to intimidate him and his family.

Meanwhile, in Bannu’s Miryan area, security forces killed two terrorists during a fierce exchange of fire. One police officer was injured in the operation, which was launched following intelligence reports about the presence of militants. A heavy police contingent was deployed under instructions from the Regional Police Officer of Bannu.
