ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad granted post-arrest bail on Tuesday to two Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) leaders, former Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Akhtar Hussain Langove and Shafi Muhammad Mengal.

The hearing was conducted by ATC Judge Abual Hasnaat Zulqarnain. Both BNP-M leaders were booked under charges relating to allegedly bringing weapons into the Senate Hall, an act considered a violation of security regulations.

During the proceedings, the court approved their post-arrest bail, instructing them to submit surety bonds of Rs20,000 each. The case against the two leaders was registered at the Pakistan Secretariat Police Station under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
