Following Sindh, Federal govt also extend summer holidays

The Federal Ministry of Education has extended holidays for all federal government educational institutions until August 4, citing the ongoing extreme heatwave.

The ministry issued a notification stating that the extension aims to safeguard the health and safety of both students and staff during this period of severe heat.

As a result, federal government schools and colleges will now reopen on August 5.

“The intense heatwave has necessitated this extension,” the notification emphasized. “Ensuring the well-being of students and staff is our top priority.”
