Govt to provide relief to common man: Nawaz Sharif

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former prime minister Mian Nawaz Sharif on Friday declared that the government will spare no effort to provide relief to the common man.

PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif ranged up Member Punjab Assembly (MPA) Rana Muhammad Arshad who was elected from Shahkot, district Nankana and congratulated him on his victory in the recount.

Speaking on the occasion, PML-N leader Sharif acknowledged the contributions made by the people of Shahkot and Nankana, saying the government would fulfil all promises made with the public at Nankana rally.

He further said that educational institutions would be established in Nankana and government would bring back the era of prosperity throughout the province.

The PML-N would leave no stone unturned to provide relief to youth, farmers and the ordinary man.

Later, Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz reached Murree on Friday to celebrate Eid holidays.

Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz will stay in Murree for three to four days along with their families.

There will be no political meeting during their stay in Murree. It is also informed that both will stay at their Kashmir Point residence.
