LAHORE: Former president Asif Ali Zardari and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will reach Lahore on Friday, it was learnt on Thursday.
During their stay in Lahore, Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto will attend the wedding of party leader Mehreen Anwar Raja’s son in Lahore on December 2, said sources.
The sources said that Asif Zardari and Bilawal will also meet various political personalities during their stay in Lahore.
The sources added that both the leaders will meet the PPP Punjab and Lahore leaders to discuss the future course of action regarding the elections.
Both the leaders will also hold consultations regarding the candidates of the People’s Party in Punjab, the sources concluded.
