Four terrorists killed, arms, explosive recovered in North Waziristan: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Four terrorists including a ring leader were killed, arms, ammunition and explosives recovered in intelligence base operation (IBO) in North Waziristan, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Sunday.

According to the military’s media wing, the security forces on an intelligence tip-off regarding presence of wanted terrorists conducted operation in Khaisoor area of the district.

During operation four wanted terrorists including ring leader Ibrahim alias Musa were killed.

The security forces also recovered weapons, ammunition and explosives from possession of the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities, ISPR said.

The sanitization of the surrounding areas was being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area.

Security Forces were determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.
