Elahi’s bail application hearing postponed in judicial complex attack case

ISLAMABAD:  The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad adjourned the hearing on Pervaiz Elahi’s bail application till tomorrow Tuesday.

Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the ATC heard the application of Elahi and his lawyer Abdul Raziq appeared in the court. The prosecution did not submit the records even on Tuesday.

The lawyer requested for the medical test of the former chief minister and the court approved the request and issued instructions to the superintendent of Adiala jail. Later, the court adjourned the hearing on PTI President Elahi’s bail application till tomorrow.
