FIA arrests 28 for running hundi business in operations across KP

PESHAWAR: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested 28 suspects allegedly running hundi hawala business and recovered millions of rupees during operations conducted across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during 24 hours.

According to details, the FIA intensified crackdowns against people involved in illegal currency exchange.

During operations conducted in various cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the FIA arrested suspects involved in hawala business.

The FIA also recovered Rs12.7 million rupees of hawala, hundi during the operations.
