Erdogran telephones Shehbaz, condoles over loss of lives in Greece tragedy

ISLAMABAD: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan telephoned Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday and expressed his deep grief over the loss of precious lives of Pakistani nationals in Greece shipwreck tragedy on June 14.

On behalf of the Turkish government and people, Erdogan conveyed condolences to the Pakistani nation and to the victim families.

The Turkish President prayed to Allah Almighty for the grant of patience to the bereaved families.

PM Sharif said the Pakistani government and the people thanked their Turkish brethren for their sentiments in this hour of grief.
