Pleas filed against Imran in LHC for his removal from PTI’s chairmanship

LAHORE: Applications seeking removal of Imran Khan from PTI’s chairmanship were filed in Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday.

The court sent the pleas to Chief Justice Lahore High Court saying that they would be presented before the full bench.

The court was of the view that a five-member bench was conducting hearing on such pleas and it would be better to present the said applications before it.

The applications have pleaded that after disqualification of Imran Khan in Toshakhana case, he should be removed from party’s chairmanship.
