Customs seizes laptops, mobile phones, wrist watches

QUETTA: Collectorate of Customs Balochistan claimed to have seized laptops, mobile phones and wrist watches in two different operations conducted in Yaru area of district Pishin in Balochistan province on Monday.

According to a statement issued by the spokesperson for Collectorate of Customs Balochistan, large quantity of laptops, mobile phones and expensive wrist watches were recovered from the hidden cavities of ten-wheeler truck and Fielder vehicle in two different operations conducted in Yaru area of district Pishin. Value of the seized goods was reported to be Rs. 9 crore.

Spokesperson said that operations were conducted by the staff of Collectorate of Customs Balochistan under the supervision of Inspector Farhan Malik and Inspector Bashir Wazir in compliance with the directives of Collector Enforcement, Quetta, Sami-ul-Haq.
