ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday rejected the request for a larger bench to hear the review petition related to the disqualification of Sindh chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial heard the review request.
Hamid Khan, counsel for Shah, appeared before the court and pleaded for the formation of a larger bench to take up the matter.
Formation of a larger bench is now history, Justice Bandial remarked.
