General Musharraf’s family denies rumours of his death

KARACHI: Amid rumours of death of former military dictator General (R) Pervez Musharraf, his family has denied the reports of his death, saying that he was hospitalised in a serious condition.
A message from family of General (R) Pervez Musharraf posted at his twitter handle, the former president is not on the ventilator and rather has been hospitalised for the last three weeks due to a complication of his ailment (Amyloidosis).
“Going through a difficult stage where recovery is not possible and organs are malfunctioning. Pray for ease in his daily living,” concluded the message.
