ISLAMABAD:Â Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir Chairman Shehryar Khan Afridi on Thursday attended the meeting of OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir in New York.
The OIC contact group has made invaluable contribution in galvanizing global attention to the worsening situation in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).
During the meeting, all members of the contact group reaffirmed OIC’s continued and unequivocal support on the Jammu and Kashmir dispute and its resolution in line with the UNSC resolutions.
In his capacity as the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Shehryar Khan Afridi sensitised the OIC secretary general on the deteriorating human rights situation in IOK.
