KHUSHAB: As many as seven people, including a woman, were killed and nine wounded when a passenger wagon collided with a truck at the Khushab Road early Wednesday morning.
Police said that the accident took place near Mianwali when the speeding truck collided with the wagon.
Soon after the accident, rescue teams arrived on the scene to initiate relief efforts and shifted the injured to DHQ Hospital, Khushab for medical treatment.
Rescue officials confirmed six persons died on the spot and 10 received injuries. One of the injured died during treatment.
