Second AS-level maths paper leak confirmed as IBCC awaits Cambridge response

The second paper of AS-level mathematics conducted under Cambridge International Education was leaked, with Pakistani education authorities confirming the breach on Tuesday.

Inter Board Committee of Chairmen Executive Director Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah said the leak had been confirmed and authorities were now awaiting a formal and detailed response from Cambridge.

He said Cambridge had also initially acknowledged the paper leak, describing the situation as unfortunate amid continued concerns over examination security.

The development comes as scrutiny intensifies over repeated incidents involving leaked examination papers during the ongoing assessment cycle.

Further details are expected as the matter develops.
