Imran to be indicted in Toshakhana case on May 10

ISLAMABAD: A district and sessions court in the federal capital will frame charges against former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in Toshakhana case on May 10 (Wednesday).

Islamabad Additional District and Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar rejected both PTI petitions and summoned former premier Imran Khan on May 10 in person for indictment.

Imran’s counsel Khawaja Haris had filed a petition in the court against the admissibility of the Toshakhana case under the Elections ACT.

The reference alleges that Imran failed to share details of the gifts he retained from the Toshaskhana, during his tenure as the prime minister.
