Exports

The minister concerned has stated that there will be no tax on companies exporting at least 10 per cent of their production. To do this, they need a guaranteed supply of utilities and facilitated payment modes. Furthermore, the export-based margin of profit needs to be seriously higher than what the companies get in the domestic market. Will the government keep its end of the deal? Will the corporate sector be willing to put in the hard miles and indulge in the kind of creative rethinking that is required?
