The number of Covid-19 cases has surged by around 50 percent. According to a recent report, as many as 1,714 people contacted the virus and 38 lost their lives in a single while the number of active cases increased to 17,352 on March 6. However, many as 210 ventilators were in use across the country with Lahore 30 percent occupancy rate, followed by Islamabad, 32 percent Peshawar, 21 per cent and Multan, 17 per cent. The government should ensure some strict SOPs to the public. Now it is our responsibility to follow the SOPs for saving our own life.
