FAISALABAD: A young boy was killed and five others sustained serious injuries in a road accident here on Friday. According to police, the incident took place near Tandlianwala, when a passenger van collided with a tractor-trolley. Consequently, Allah Yar (13) died on the spot while his father Mohammad Shafi, mother Sugrah Bibi, brother Ali Hasan, and passengers Zulfiqar Ali and Abdul Rasheed received serious injuries. The injured were shifted to THQ hospital for treatment while the body of the deceased was handed over to the family by the police after completing necessary formalities.
