Thief nicks Rs0.1m Prada shoes outside mosque in Lahore

A man’s who had gone to pray at a mosque on Lahore’s Mason Road on November 17 reported that his designer shoes worth Rs0.1 million were stolen from outside.

Sheraz Bashir, a resident of Defence, said that he had bought the shoes from Italy from the famous brand Prada. He said that the thought that his shoes would be stolen did occur to him but he was more concerned with saying his Maghrib prayers.

He also added that he had put each shoe in a different rack as a safety measure but the thief had made the effort to look for both as neither was found on his return.

It is pertinent to mention here that Dolphin Force personnel were standing outside the mosque, however, they expressed cluelessness about what was going on outside the mosque and advised the man to register a case at a police station.

Further, the Civil Lines police registered a case on his complaint after 16 days.
