ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister, Asad Umar Tuesday on Tuesday urged Indian citizens to understand that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was putting them in harm’s way for political gain by initiating a conflict, adding that India cannot win.

He also said that Indian would get a response at a time and manner chosen by Pakistan.
